Introducing IM Ambassadors

Carl Addison, State Pastor - Pastoral Health

The mission statement at Indiana Ministries is one we hope is not just aspirational but one we strive to live out daily as we connect with the churches and pastors we are called to support. That statement says, “growing authentic relationships that advance the Kingdom of God through the local church”.

At IM, we realize that without those meaningful relationships, we become a distant entity that has little impact on the church across the state. That’s why I am excited to tell you about a new addition to the ministry and outreach at IM.

We have again been blessed by a new grant from Lilly Endowment. The purpose of that grant is for Indiana Ministries to increase its capacity to provide support, encouragement, and programmatic support for our congregations and pastors. One of the exciting pieces of connection this grant will make possible will help us do better at growing authentic relationships with you – those we are called to serve.

With that in mind, we are launching IM Ambassadors. These three ambassadors will join us, enabling IM to connect with you, listen to you, care for you, and live out our conviction that the local church is God’s chosen instrument to advance his kingdom.

These ambassadors will begin reaching out to Indiana pastors and churches in August. They want to connect with you, your leaders, and your congregation. Bottom line – as they reach out, would you welcome them as ambassadors for Indiana Ministries? More importantly, would you welcome them as partners in ministry and friends on mission?

We have an all-star team of ambassadors, and I am grateful to them and for the opportunity to introduce them to you. Let these great advocates for IM and the kingdom love and serve you!
