Assessments are powerful tools to help both the individual and a local church discover who they are and where they are. Individual assessments help church leaders more fully understand how God has wired them to serve and lead. Understanding this internal wiring is an important part of the journey to discerning the call to be a church multiplier. Church assessments can fuel a congregation’s understanding of the progress (or lack of) they are making in moving toward being a multiplying church.
