GOALS & VISION FOR A CONSULTATION

Our primary goal is to empower the church to become more effective in making more and better (more Christ-like) disciples. A church consultation can be of incredible benefit to growing, plateaued and declining congregations.

A church consultation can be of incredible benefit to growing, plateaued or declining congregations. The goal is to keep the congregation on the upside of the life cycle by addressing challenges, opportunities and problems proactively.

WHO BENEFITS FROM THIS CONSULTATION?

WHAT DOES THIS PROCESS COST?

The only cost to the local church for consultation itself is providing hotel lodging and meals for the consultation team members. Indiana Ministries covers the rest of the consultation expenses out of its budget. The actual cost for a weekend consultation like this with only one consultant is around $7,000 – 7,500, so this is no small investment on the part of Indiana Ministries. There is a cost to the church if it chooses to enter into a covenant/coaching relationship with Indiana Ministries for recommendation implementation.
