Early Registration (September 1st – September 25th): $80 

Regular Registration (September 26th- October 19th): $95 

Late or At the Door Registration: $105 

Online Registration Closes October 24th 

Online registration and payments must be completed by the deadline to receive the regular rate. There are no exceptions. A registration is not complete until the online registration is complete. Payment is expected with registration and an online check (ACH) is preferred. If you are mailing a check, please do so immediately upon completing the online registration process. The only way to pre-register for 365 is online or at the door after October 24th.
*Please create an account after your first time signing in. This will allow you to make additions and transfer registrations.*

If you cancel prior to October 12th, we will issue you a refund minus a $25 fee per registration. If you cancel after October 12th, there are no refunds. However, you can switch a registration name at any time. 

Churches are responsible for booking their own hotel rooms at the Westin. To make your reservation you will need to email Andrea Galvan at andrea.galvan@westinindianapolis.com with the number of rooms you are requesting. Hotel reservation cut off is October 12th. 

Hotel fees: In order to honor our hotel contract, we must meet our minimum guarantee of contracted rooms. For this reason, if your group chooses to stay at a hotel other than the Westin, there will be a $20 fee added to each individual’s registration fee.

Waivers for each student and adult present at 365 MUST be presented at the onsite registration table. We encourage you to keep a copy of these at the church and also bring a folder of the copies with you to 365. 

The baseball T’s from last year will be the only shirt being sold by IM at this year’s convention. Other vendors may have shirts for sale.
